Welcome to Isabiball, your beloved football trivia game. Test your football knowledge and keep winning. In addition to these Terms and Conditions of Use, you should also read the Isabiball Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and available on the Website. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Interpretation

In this Agreement, “you” and “your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “Isabiball,” “ourselves,” “our,” “we,” and "us" refer to the website owner, Isabiball Limited, a Nigeria-registered company.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the National Information Technology Development Agency Act, 2007, and the applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
“Games” refers to the trivia games that you can play through the Site in accordance with and subject to the Game Rules set forth in these Terms of Use.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Isabiball website located at www.isabiball.com, including any mobile version of the Isabiball website, Isabiball websites hosted on servers in any jurisdiction, and any Isabiball mobile applications (collectively, “the Site” or “the Website”). The terms “Site” or "Website" include accessing the content and services provided by Isabiball via a computer, mobile device, mobile application, or other electronic means.

3. Acceptable Age

You must be 18 years or older to access the Games, and by using this Site, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. If you are below 18 years of age and this information comes to the knowledge of Isabiball, we reserve the right to terminate your account and refuse to provide you with further access to the Site.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the Games and provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information, including all passwords associated therewith. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect this information.

5. User Conduct

You are prohibited from engaging in any form of cheating, hacking, or using offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language while using the Site. Any violation of this provision may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

You agree to pay any applicable fees for using the Site and playing the Games. Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances as outlined on our Site.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Rules of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse and shall be conducted via online dispute resolution (ODR). You waive the right to a court action for dispute resolution.

10. Termination

We may terminate accounts for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any related data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to Article 9 on arbitration, the courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

12. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the new terms.

13. Disclaimers

Isabiball assumes no responsibility for content posted or for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of content and/or its appearance on the Isabiball website. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to all content you provide.
The registration and use of this Site do not create a principal-agent relationship or a joint venture between Isabiball and any user.
By using this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isabiball, its officers, employees, and agents against all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, and expenses incurred in connection with: a. Any negligent act or omission by you; b. Any actual or alleged breach by you of any law or regulation.
This website, all materials, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Isabiball does not guarantee: a. Continuous availability of the website; b. Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information.
Isabiball does not guarantee that the Site, content, materials, products, or services are free of viruses or harmful components.

14. Game Rules

1. Funding and Gameplay

You must fund your game wallet to participate in Isabiball.
Engage in gameplay across four stages: Qualifying (Round of 16), Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals.
Each stage consists of 1st and 2nd halves.

2. Question Format and Progression

Answer one question correctly within the allotted time in each half (two questions per stage) to advance.
All questions are timed with four possible answers.
Each gameplay costs one token regardless of the stage.
You can choose any category, including EPL, Champions League, and World Cup.

3. Tokens and Winnings

Correct answers win tokens; incorrect answers result in a red card.
Winnings are as follows:

Qualifying: 3 tokens
Quarterfinals: 5 tokens
Semifinals: 10 tokens
Finals: 50 tokens

You can cash out your winnings from your wallet.

4. Lifelines

Each lifeline can be used only once per game:

Penalty Kick: Removes two incorrect answers, leaving one correct and one incorrect answer.
Super Sub: Substitutes the question for a potentially easier question.

5. Single-Player Mode and Fair Play

Isabiball is a single-player game.
Players are encouraged to rely on their football knowledge and avoid cheating.

15. Miscellaneous

By using the Website, including mobile applications, you are contracting with Isabiball Limited, a company incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, with its registered office at Waziri Ibrahim Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Isabiball reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check for changes. Your continued use of the Site after modifications indicates acceptance.
As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Isabiball grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
